We were relocating from Indiana, and most of the interactions we had with her were over the phone, or by email or text. She was very responsive, organized, helpful and steered the process efficiently and effectively. My jusband found out we were going to be transferred to the New Jersey office three days before we were already scheduled to go to New Jersey for a regularly scheduled visit. I got on the home buying websites, and began frantically trying to find listings, and a Realtor.
Ann Marie called me back within minutes of when I initiated a contact request. She then took the listings I wanted to see, and added some she thought we would like, and organized them into area, so that we maximized the 4 days we had in New Jersey to look at, with no backtracking.
